Collage - participative performance - 2018

​

An employee from the "memory office" is working to collect stories of memories and dreams from the public by filling out a form. Once delivered, they are the basis for the creation of narrative collages that will attempt to illustrate the story as faithfully as possible. The collage technique is used in the impossible goal of attempt to restore visual form to the nebulosity of a sensation experienced by the individual and incommunicable in its uniqueness. Having as available material only a series of encyclopedic books belonging to past and now obsolete decades, the employee transfigures the memories and exposes them on the wall making them visible to the public.
